Yes, a 1951 Suburban (based on the doors). And, the interior brightwork was not used in 1952. The chromed bumper was also not used in 1952, but that could have easily been changed.
The center rear stop/tail lamp did not looked to be hinged (it could have been rusted in place or perhaps replaced).
Too bad they threw away that piece that looked like a headliner. It might have had the front-to back metal "ribs" discussed in another recent thread.
Still, a nice find.
