I just put a 4 speed and new clutch in my 56 sub and the pan that covers the clutch is missing and I don't see one in any of the catalogs I have. They did a "cleanup" here a few years ago [manditory] and all of the old iron was crushed so I can't find a used one.

Thanks, Larry

Heck, I've been driving mine around without one for years. Hasn't hurt a thing yet. But I don't a lot of mud boggin' either.

This truck is being built for light back road duty[camping] so I would like one on. I have run without them in the past and replaced one ring gear because of a rock not to mention the general dirt and sand that will find its way to the clutch.

Check the swap meet, Mothertrucker can hook you up with most anything for these old trucks.
