have a 51 half ton, doing a frame off resto, whole rolling frame and all suspension components are all powder coated. As far as under the cab and maybe even underside of top of cab where headliner goes, what do you guys think of rhino lining these areas?

I like it, i did under my cab with 3m undercoating. It is cheaper and i didnt have to haul it someplace to get it done. It dries quick and i think it looks good!

I don't see a problem with that foster, personally I used POR-15 as I prefer a smooth finish, but I imagine the Rhino liner will also add some soundproofing qualities too.

I did the same as Jockbolter, POR 15 on top and bottom of cab and the inside of the fenders also!

I went the bed liner route also
1 gal herculiner kit

cab bottom

all 4 fenders

Good results and easy to clean the dirt and mud off of it.

I treated the cab bottom before applying.
Good Luck

The thing that I noticed when I did a minor restore on my 54 Chevy sedan and also my new project, a 54 3100 pickup, is that floor boards usually rust out from the top down not the under side up; which is why I used Eastwood Gator Guard bed liner on the top side of my floor boards. I will also do something similar on my 3100.

I used POR-15 inside the entire cab and the bottom of the cab.

Another quality post.
