On a 55 235, what is the best place to connect a mechanical oil pressure gauge? Do I want to T into the supply line to the oil filter? Tap off the port on the oil filter? There also appears to be a pressure port on the right side of the cylinder head directly above the distributor. Will any of these work? Is one tap better than another? I've looked through my shop manual a couple of times and can't find the answer. Also drew a blank with a search of the stovebolt site.
Thanks, John | | |

The one behind the exhaust pipe. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum | | |
