Got a couple new picture of my old truck with it's boots still on, thought folks might enjoy it.

http://s1133.photobucket.com/albums/m596/acmandrk/?action=view&current=013.jpg

Just so everyone knows this load was rather heavy, but it wasn't as bad as the one I forgot to take a picture of...
I also hauled a load of concrete blocks 2 high in the bed (about 6000lbs) and a trailer loaded with about 4000lbs more. Plus a beam on top that was 54 ft long.

Also it hauled, in two trips, all the slate off a 54ft by 30ft barn.

But saying that this is small in comparison to the carp I put my 77' 3/4 truck though this summer:) Good ol' chevys just keep on trucking!

That's real nice, geez a load, too. Down to the metal on the paint. Nice chrome (stainless) package going on there.
Thanks for the eye candy, I hope that I find one in almost as solid condition and I'd be happy. -freezerburn

That must have been quite a fish! What did you use for bait to catch it?

Oppose I meant crap not carp. my bad smile One of those trips the old 77 hated me for was a 140hp 16000 lb Allis Tractor but if it had been a Deere I could have said "carp". They've ponded two John Deere's back at JD equipment where my brother works since he started working there two years ago. Hehe. After all nothing takes a dump like a Deere!
