There is a spring but how do I get to the wire. Do I have to pull the whole column apart. Thanks 1948 panel van

| | | | | Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 3,887 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 3,887 | at the top the wire connects to the mast bearing, you can't see it - when you press the horn button you're applying a ground to that wire to make the circuit, use an ohmmeter to check if the wire out the hole has good continuity to ground Bill
