When dealing with some specific items between 46-47, you have to be careful. Some of the early 47's (like my pickup) actually had 46 parts on it. For instance, the parking brake, rear cab mounts, rear member. So when you're considering parts - Even for a 47-53, you have to be careful. I'm not sure where you could get a listing of the differences and can't confirm specifically - but wanted to point this out.
