Does anyone have any experience or suggestions as to which jet to use in a Rochester dual one barrel carb set-up? I don't know yet if they are the same but if I have to change one out is there a better jet that I should put in both while I"m at it?

Thanks,
OUP

It really won't matter what jet you use- - - - -dual Rochesters for a 235 flow far too much air for the majority of throttle opening positions, so you'll have lean spots just off-idle no matter how rich you try to jet the carbs. Find a couple of Carter carbs for a 216, and re-position the mounting studs for the narrower spacing. You'll be much more likely to have acceptable low speed and midrange performance, and little, if any loss of high-RPM horsepower.
