Finished the cam break in (I hope!) and added a little more transmission fluid to the TH350. It drove back into the shop, though it did seem to take more throttle than I'm used to on an automatic. Perhaps because it still needs a couple of qts. of tranny fluid? I'm used to putting truck in gear and it moving at idle. Have to give it gas. At any rate my 56 TF does move and run. Now to fix all the miscellaneous leaks and stuff. Then on to the final cosmetics. Any thoughts on the tranny would be welcome. BTW, it is a fresh rebuild from O'Reilly's also. | | |
