Old GMC Trucks says AC Delco R43 (can only find online)
Autozone website says Autolite 306 and Champion 871 (not available)
Napa told me Autolite 303 and Champion 871
Also, what is the difference between a regular plug and a resistor plug?
All I want to do is go to the part store and buy my plugs, wires and dist cap.
Anybody have the correct part numbers? I would appreciate it. Thanks!

The resister plugs cut out wireless communication interference in the radio in you truck & any electronics in the area you are driving through. I dought if you can buy non resister plugs anymore. I dont have part #s for the cap & wires but any good parts man should be able to look them up. I can look them up tomorrow if ness. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. I purchased AC Delco R45's yesterday. From what I gathered that was the correct plug.

The plug manufactors came out with the ex. tip plug in the 60s. They run cooler & dont foul as easily. Practically all vehicle man. went to them as original equipment. They cannot be used in flathead engines though. They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing. 1972 Chevy c10 Cheyenne SuperIn the Gallery Forum | | |
