Hi,

Does anyone manufacture an adapter plate for installing a T-5 transmission in a 41 Art Deco truck (3/4 ton)?

Jeff, do a search in the engine driveline shop and the hipo forum.use the search button at the top of the page.Type in t-5 transmission and you will get numerous threads.I know it has been done,i read several articles about an adapter plate for your art deco truck. If anything,a machine shop can make you one.

Steve at Buffalo Enterprises is the man! The address is 25625 Dahl Road; Arlington, WA 98223; Tel. 360.652.7684

As I understand it Steve has no web site, no e-mail and no answering machine. You just have to keep calling him until he answers. He goes to allot of swap meets, so keep trying.

No credit cards just checks... thats about it but I agree, he's got it down. As with the old truck, have patience and it is worth the time.
I used his adapter on my truck. Pictures in my link.
