The guy I got it from swears he unbolted it right off the back of a 265 Chevy V8. But it will not bolt up to any Chevy small block crank I have. It has a smaller center hole and the bolt pattern diameter for mounting it is smaller also. It has 6 bolt holes and 3 dowel pin holes. The small block V-8 crankshaft flange bolt pattern didn't change for 30-something years, until they went to the 1-piece rear main seal. That 6-hole, 3-dowel arrangement is a 6-cylinder bolt pattern.
