Mine is 9 feet 10 inches long and 75 to 76 inches wide. The reason I ask is that mine has to have been home made. The front is 75inches wide and the back is 76 & 1/4 inches wide. The whole thing sits on the hoist at a slight angle.

Usually those were agricultural applications. My '51 was a farm truck where the owner fashioned a sheep pen as a bed for transporting a handful of ewes. Mine was 7 by 8 1/2 feet.
I have seen a few flatbeds from the factory, but most of those have fenders under a full width stake bed.
