It is a high-amp 4-post kill switch (sometimes called RV switch), the 2 big posts are for the battery cables, and the 2 small posts are for wiring the dashboard toggle switch.
How do I connect these 2 small posts?

I just put one of these on my truck, but I only used the big posts.
