I have always liked the wide, old style bodies, and have not had a car project for a while, and thought a rollback tow truck / low rider on air bags would be cool. It is a great truck to work with and has a distinc uniqueness. The widow maker rims posed the biggest problem but I am glad to say I am almost over that hurdle. Also I am glad to say I have a good working 2 speed differential to sell. (includes rims and tires) [email protected] photobucket

Either way the truck looks nice. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 12 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jun 2010 Posts: 12 | The bed was only a tilt bed and used to be 4' longer but decided to cut it off to be more useful for hauling rock, and cheaper to replace wood. The newer aluminum bed is a rollback but is not mounted yet, but is setting there to make room in shop for less fun stuff.(gotta earn a living).
