The PO pulled the rusty bed floor angles off the bed sides with a pry-bar leaving dimples in the sheet metal at each spot weld. I've hammered on some of them trying to flatten them - this is not working. Don

Probably need to do some shrinking as well, as am guessing between you hammering on them and the other guy using a pry bar the metal is stretched...Eric

If you have no experience with metal working, I would suggest buying this book.

The book is almost 60 years old, but pretty much still on point. You might also consider buying a shrinking disc that has a video with it.
