You serial number breaks down as follows: 4b59k 06790 4B = 4400 Series Designation 59 = 1959 K = Kansas City Assembly Plant 06790 = Unit number starting with 100001 (looks like you missed a 1 in front of the zero, not enough digits). The 4400 has a 156.5" wheelbase. The Cab and Chassis (no bed on the truck) will have a curb weight of 4600 pounds. You could load it on a HD car trailer and pull it with a full size pickup truck.
