I've posted a couple times with brake and clutch questions, now trying to follow up on the set up on my truck
but my big bolt has some strange anomallies - 1st is has the wagner airbakes which now since I fixed the pressure release valve is pressuring up to 120psi and holding it.
2nd -doesn't have a driveshaft parking brake, is because of the airbrakes??
3rd does have cable operated brakes on the rear drums connected to the park brake lever
4th - has a cable operated PTO (this from the orange color is obviously from a later truck)
looking for thoughts
I've included a link with pics

You didn't show any pictures of the rear axle from the rear, but it looks like you have Air Over Hydraulic service brakes, not Full Air. It looks like you have a Air Chamber coupled to a hydraulic Master Cylinder mounted on the frame rail.

Question #2, not having a driveshaft parking brake; is answered by #3, it has cable operated wheel parking brakes.
