Hi Guys,
Not sure what to call it, but my question is does a 54 3100 have have 'beading' between the rear fender and bed sides and also down the rear of the front fenders?
As mine at present does not have any

Hi english !
I think the word you are looking for is " fender welting "
As far as I know, factory did not install.
Lots of guys install it as it saves paint wear between body and fender flanges, as well as closing off the gaps.

Rear fenders were not factory equipped with fender welting. In family since new 55 1st series 1/2 ton.
