For some unknown reason, whenever I turn on either the park lights or headlights, the fuel gauge reading instantly drops by about 1/4 tank. My alternator compensates well for the lights as my voltage drops very little when turning them on. Ground your dash panel to body and body to frame with some copper wire with clips. See what happens.
