I went to put a new tire on my Burb that I have yet to start work on. The Burb is lowered and I'm going to raise it.
When I took the wheel/tire off it was a 175-65-R14 6 lug. That has a 23" diameter and then the axle was moved to the top of the spring. No C-notch. With the axle on top and 23" tires it sits low.
Since I want to return it to stock height I'm glad the frame was not cut, but that's about the dumbest lowering job I've seen.
