I made a little progress on the engine swap on my '66 C20 over the weekend. I can't wait to get her back up and running.

see if you can't retrofit the intake oil fill and solid valve covers. looks like the intake has the knockout for the tube. then you will be factory! smile

I have a few sets of the factory stamped steel valve covers and an oil filler tube. I can go stock, if need be, in the future. This will be a daily driver. The factory 283 I removed to rebuild was box-stock. It will go back in the truck at some point.

factory 283

The replacement 327 will get me back on the road.
