I am going to use a powerglide in place of my 3-speed attached to a 250 into a 66 stepside. Was wondering if I can use the same drive shaft. Thanks.

Yes you can use the old shaft BUT its gonna need to be cut shorter cause the Powerglide is Longer overall than the original 3speed box.
Also,You will need to change out the front yoke on your driveshaft from the current "coarse" spline slip yoke to a fine spline to match the powerglide output shafts fine teeth.
