Fosters,

Not sure if you are wanting an ID or to sell the radio. There is another website dedicated to Packards . They have a classified section.

Good Luck and I know a lot of folks on this site feel your pain (including me).

When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.

Does it look the same as the AD radio?

fosters,

I also feel your pain. Another member and I purchased a radio from a seller in the Stovebolt.com Swap Meet. The radio was not at all as described (a supposedly 6v radio that has 12v embossed on the exterior of the chassis) and the seller has not replied to an email query.

This radio might be a manual tune 12v 55-59 GMC truck radio and it is working. We might try to sell it this spring.

If that seller shows up again in the Swap Meet, the moderators will have to deal with my comments or the seller.

I had the same thing with my heater, spent hours restoring it and then finally find out it is from a car.
