Does the '51 still have babbit bearings like my 1941 3/4 ton? If so when did they change to inserts?

1941 AL 3/4 ton 125-1/4 WB, bought by my Great Uncle Matt in 1942. Still in the family.

The insert-type rods were used in 54-up 235 engines. I don't believe any of the 216's had inserts, with the possible exception of some of the 53 models. 53 was an oddball year, with some features of the later engines being used, such as the short pushrod cover, etc. Jerry
