Hi guys, my 12 year old decided to introduce my rear turn lens with a piece of firewood in -20 weather here in N MN. yikes.

I've looked on-line, but cannot find a round, amber (orange) lens? I should have come to the Bolt FIRST!

It has no holes for screws, it simply turns into place over a rubber ring.

Anybody help? Thanks and Merry Christmas, Wooley

not sure about that 'orange/amber on the rear' part Wooley, law sez red only for rear facing lights [even on the front fender lights] but try here

Thanks for the quick reply Bill. The turn signal light on the '58 2 ton dumpster sits right outside the taillight. They're the same size, one red the other amber.

I'll check your link and see what I can find.
Thanks again,
Wooley

look for a red one, I'm sure if you check with the MN regs you'd find amber lights on the back aren't allowed, someone maybe broke one previously and replaced it with what they could find

I'm guessing that Wooly is saying he has red stop/tail lights, and amber turn lights. Can't see why that isn't legal. Though I am fairly certain that's not a stock 1958 setup in US or Canada.

I wonder how millions of vehicles (including GM pickups) built in the 1990's and 2000's got away with amber turn signals on the rear?

A lot of them did. I had an 86 Oldsmobile that had them.
