Can the closed knuckle front axle be converted to disc brakes?

It can be done as there was a guy at the napco website that just done it.

easier to just bolt in a newer frt end with discs already installed (with corresponding ratio). rear axles are not that difficult either which also gives you larger rea drum brakes
