I have some upper rear cab dents and you can't get behind to hammer and dolly it out. Any one else have to deal with this and how did you do it?

Try to get your hands on a "dent" puller. It's a tool that welds a nail stud onto the panel, then take a slide hammer/puller to work out the dents. Google dent puller and you'll see what I'm taking about. Otherwise you'll have to drill holes, pull, then weld them shut, more chance to warp the metal.

I have been using a dent puller and it is not perfect by any means. I am going to lead in the last little bit the puller can't get out.

I've got similar damage on mine, I was considering giving one of the paintless repair guys a call.
Y'know the fellas that do the hailstone repairs.
I watched a guy the other day, very impressive.

Failing that,i'll get my body guy to sort them with his dent puller.
