The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area The Electrical Bay 52 AD need wiring help

I am starting do basic tests on wiring and the engine. I took ton of pictures but still messed up. I tried connecting the starter coil to starter gear selonoid and alternator, key and starter button. All I can see is red wire is hot all the way in the circuit but I have no buzz when I push the button. I want to do some basic testing without the key and button.

Can anyone help me with basic wiring diagram and I will see if starting gear and coil are good and go from there.

Nice pics, but if it was me I would have made drawings also because in some of the pics I can't see both ends of the wires.
At this point I guess I would get a wiring diagram and go from there.
