Fleetsides had the deluxe trim option. Included the pieces behind the cab side windows, trim pieces along the body and bed sides. I have not seen the 60 with that sweeping point at the aft. I have seen it with more straight lines. Can pick up the repro trim pieces pretty easy, but maybe not that point towards the aft. The knobs are standard. What do you plan to do with the bits and pieces?

thanks for the info. also it is a big back window, what % were big windows? I've decided to keep it and not part it out, it will be a good going to the hardware store truck for my dad.

The 60 and 61 Chevy's used that particular "sweeping" trim at the aft end as you call it. Additionally, there should be a reflective red triangular sticker which goes into that area. (that deacal is available from the likes of Jim Carter et al.) You have a fairly rare combo there on that truck. I agree with your decision to use it. If it were mine, I find a chrome set of bumpers to complement the chrome grille. And then perhaps chrome the hood parklight bezels to match. Nice rig. Driving it while fixing it is most definitely the right way to go for that truck.

Find this brochure (actually a 1961 brochure)and you'll see how the trim should be.

Thats the same model as one I just bought, I need to take off the radiator cap and pretty much replace the truck I think, no bed, rusted fenders and some genius cut the top off, but hey it has an origonal automatic and a 283 in it and a good grill, sterring column and non clutch brake set up, not bad for $100.00
