About 45 days ago, I posted questions about crank shaft clearance and problems I was having with the mains clearance issues, etc. Finally got around to installing the replacement crank that Patrick's sent and all is well with the build.

I know people like to hear the "aw crap stories", this vendor is one that stands behind their products and will go out of their way to make things right. I just thought I would share my experience. I must say, you would be hard pressed to find a better vendor in my opinion.

Thanks for the info, Hank. It's nice to deal with a company that specializes in the bolt.

Thanks Dave,

I just like to let folks know when you run across a good thing. Patrick and Co. handled my problem, made things right and went out of their way to do so. I'm not getting a kickback here, just that impressed with their professionalism and customer service. If you have a problem with their stuff, call the owner and he will make it right!
