I am just now getting around to working on my 45 1-1/2T. Got it running nice and am working on brakes.

Question.. what do you call and where do I get the screw driver that fits the screws in the cab? The head looks like a pan head with a rectangular hole.

Also, the felt in the floor board gaskets around the pedal openings, etc. Looks to be maybe a quarter inch think. Where can I find material like that?

Clutch head screws, some auto parts stores and any tool stores should have the driver and bit sets for those, they come in various sizes. Check Jim Carters (oldchevytrucks.com) or Classicparts.com for the gaskets. Both are in my backyard and are great sources for new and old parts.

Thanks, Clutch Head. I did just now find some info several pages into the forum. Don't know why I missed it but I did. I can spend hours reading all the interesting things about these trucks.

Do an online search for the clutch head set as well and comparison shop. Mine came from Jim Carters.

If you go to swap meets and see those Kguys with the import tool bins, they have the clutch head bits for a couple bucks. Just put them in your bit driver.
