I just started taking them apart and need some info before I go any further. It looks like I have to bend back the back side of the gauge trim to remove the gauge itself.
Any suggestions would be great.

There are aftermarket gauge faces available if yours are too faded etc. Also you can get green "gel" as they call it, used for camera filtering to replace the faded brittle green platic(GMC)that makes the light shine green. Small end dykes work well for re rolling the can lip.
