Anybody know how much goes in the 4 speed trans. and the rear end?

According to my service manual, the SM465 takes 8 pints and the rear end, depending on model, can take between 12 and 33 pints. Also there is some mention of API GL1 oil for the trans but API GL5 can be used too.
