I searched these forums and just followed the advice. A lot of liquid wrench and a little hammering every day for about a week. Got it working last night. I was so excited I made the wife come out and look.  Luckily she understands these things. Our truck (his name is RT) is a family member. So now I wait for the counterweight to arrive from Oklahoma. Im having the 235 overhauled and this will be one more thing done. A small issue, I know , but I figured you guys would understand. | | |

I am having him go through the 3 speed tranny as well. I dont know what that will cost but it shouldn't be much. I am not sure about the truck show yet. I may have a conflict with that date. | | |
