Do some searching online and see if you can get a better deal. Schwab tends to be higher priced.
I always swore I'd never buy tires that said Kook on the side, but when you're broke enough they work.

The 215/85R16's are popular in Montana with the modern duallie pick-up trucks and go for $155 per tire at Tire-Rama (mounted&balanced) but have seen them for even cheaper on Discount Tire's website. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 793 Bondo Artiste | | Bondo Artiste Joined: Jun 2001 Posts: 793 | I ran Hankook radials on my 52 GMC for 5 years and they held up great. I bought them from American Classic. I would recommend them.
I would run radials instead of bias play tires. You will get a much better ride and enjoy more ride control.
The pricing seems fair to me. Make sure to check the date code on the side of the tires, to make sure you are not buying 10 year old tires.

Barely used takeoffs for a wheel tire upgrade. They mounted right up and look okay. If you don't want to spend a fortune you might try this. They have a free flat, rotation, balancing program with no extra charge for the life of the tire... For my needs they should work out fine... Hankook Tires In doing some research I found out that Michelin owns about 10 % of Hankook Tire... Thanks for all the posts...
