I found this out when I installed the rubber door seal on the passenger side. The body shop adjusted the door without the seals. The doors opened and closed fine without the seals. Once seals in, the door would not close. I now have the seals and doors mounted but I have no idea how to make them shut. They are way off. Help! Thank you!

usually new seals cause the door to be quite tight, sometimes enough you have to slam it pretty good to catch the latch, to some extent that improves with use as the seals 'crush' a bit .... of course there's also the fact that some repro seals are too thick for proper functioning, been some posts about that problem not long ago
