I'm seeing 4,200 # on the internet. This sounds too heavy. Do you have the actual Gross Weight of the truck? Regardless of the new V8, etc., I think the original weight will do.

But, I suspect after swapping the 6 cylinder for a small block V8 and getting rid of those bulky rear and front springs it's a lot lighter. | | |
