Howdy,
I'm trying to put new hoses on my
55 1st 3100 all stock, from what I can
gather, the front the hose goes to a fitting that juts out from the wheel cylinder, I don't see that it has nut on it to loosen it up, wondering how "grab it" while taking off the old hose, thanks in advance for any help!!!

If memory serves me right, you undo the fitting where the steel line ends and then use a wrench on the hex shape hose fitting on the wheel cylinder end to turn it out.
