has anyone done the hing pin and bushing repair on a 60-63 door hinge? I'm wondering if those pins are tough to get out and if anyone has any tips?

IF you can get the hinge off the door, take it to your bench vice, open the vice about 3/4 of an inch, have someone hold it for you while to use a straight punch to drive the pin out, there are harder to drive than you'd think for the age. Slip in the new bushing and re-set the new pin. MIne seem to be in good shape so I was not going to bother re-doing mine.
