I am installing a 63 nova 194 six and same year aluminum powerglide in a 1938 1/2 ton. Using chassis engineering CP-1160 side motor mounts. I know I have to change/replace the transmission/engine crossmember with a rear mount for the powerglide. Has anyone done this before and is there an aftermarket transmission mount/crossmember available? Chassis engineering has a 1940- 1948 transmission mount and a universal mount with various drops in middle. Again if anyone has experience in this, if universal mount is need which one will work?
Thanks as always to your guys help

I think the universal or roll your own are your only choices.

It's true. I really don't do anything but browse the Internet looking for trouble...
