Anybody know how to tell the difference between 6 volt sealed beams and 12 volt? Thanks in advance. Jim

Its usually stamped on the back in black ink.

The part number on the 6 v bulbs is in the glass on the front. I believe it is something like 6006. If you power the light with 6 volts it should be obvious.

I think the 7" round is 6006 as well but I sometimes get into trouble by thinking. grin
