On my 1 Ton, I have 2 rims from a 70s to 80s Ford product and two trailer OEM style rims. They look identical but the trailer rims are a little heavier. The rim width is 6" and the back spacing is around 4". Apparently the white spoked rims that they are selling now will fit too. I had the weights on the back side of the rim done with tape weights to make sure I had enough clearance at the tie rod ends. I think ordinary weights would do just fine.

A 235/85/16 would put you closer to the original tire height.

Is your 3800 a dual-wheel rear unit? If so, you'll find that 16 inch drop-center rims for tubeless tires will not fit over your brake drums. The straight-center lock ring wheels for tube type tires will just barely clear the drums on some models. My 1959 3800 had 18" tube type tires on split rims as standard equipment, and I believe a 19.5" tubeless tire rim was the direct replacement for them. The older step-van bread trucks with a 1-ton chassis ran those wheels, but I retired the truck before I found a set of replacement wheels.
