my block is def a '58-'62/3769716. but what about this crank? 3701488; anyone have a year/specs for that number?
and the lifters still have re-grind? 'cross-hatching' on the outer edges, and are no longer convex. recent rebuild? by national engine & parts co. 08 I9M

Your crank first appeared in 1953 in full pressure 235's.... and is used in all full pressure 235's thru 1962. The same crank is also for the 261 engine with the same specs listed below.
The Main Bearing Journal Diameter listed in the Motor's Truck Manual as:
No. 1 - 2.6835-2.6845" No. 2 - 2.7145-2.7155" No. 3 - 2.7455-2.7465" No. 4 - 2.7765-2.7775"
Main Bearing Clearance: .001-.003"
Main Bearing Cap Bolts torque: 100-110 Ft. Lbs.
Also, your block has a date code, if you want to narrow down the date.
