I was told that the entire rearend and axle assembly are mid 70's from either a Malibu or Nova. Would like to know more specifically so I can get some needed parts. The casting numbers on the driver's side of the chunk are "N" and then "F17". Farther toward driver's side but upside down is the number "1251502". On the passenger side, upside down, is "GM19". Would appreciate any help. Thanks. The Nova had a leaf spring rear.

It is integral. There are 10 bolts that hold the rear cover on. And it is around 55 & 9/16ths inches from inside of backing plate to inside of backing plate.
