On both the cab and doors where was the factory mask line to change interior to exterior colors on the AD? The cab has a rubber liner around the door opening. Is that the line? Did the doors change under the weatherstrip?

Yes, on the door behind the weather strip. In the door opening, look at where the outer body skin is spot welded to the posts amd inner panels, that was the dividing line.
