i am building a K20 and i want to put wower steering in it. i was just wondering how difficult it would be to replace the old steering column with a newer one with tilt and the windshield wiper and headlight controls? thanks

Search the site ,cause there are severalmodern installs. I'm pretty sure I've seen 73-87s & 90s era installs and S-10s. BTW I found a 2003 Dodge 3500 60/40 seat that fits real nice. It does put you about 1 1/2-2" closer to the steering wheel so I'll be doing something similar.

Build plan: 65 Chevy one ton, 5.9L Cummins HO, NV5600 six speed, 2wd 1972-1987 IFS disk front, frame off restore/mod, custom dump/flat bed, Alcoa rims, Dana 70 3.73:1 duals drum rear, plush interior, Guards red with Marine Corps decals. Donor is retired 2002 Ram 2500, 194K miles.

awesome that seat info is great too. my brother has a 2001 dodge with a 60/40 seat and it has the shoulder type seat belts built in which is something i have to find for this truck and at rough glance it looked like it would fit as well. thanks
