Hi. just got me a 59 long step side and i was looking at the spare tire bracket might just be me but it appears to be low and too far foward is there an ajustment i can make to center than in the tire well better

the bedside spare? this shows the longbed mount position, wheel center about at top of fender ... a low mileage original, factory installed with correct fender ohwell
