Just getting my 66 back together and ran into a problem with the heater. The blower works on all 3 speeds but theres basically no air coming out inside the cab.

Clean core, new motor, checked all the heater doors and they seem to be operating properly. I can look in and see the fan turning.

The fan only goes on the motor one way and theres only one wire to the motor so I can't see that it would be turning backwards.

Any ideas?

Is it possible that the fan and motor were seperated from each other during the restoration process? Maybe the motor is right but the fan was reversed.
