Sorry I can't be more helpful, but they do work nice. I also have disc brakes on the front. When I bought the truck the brakes were fair until I realized the booster wasn't getting enough vacuum. I switched the line to a different vacuum port and what a big difference it made.

I found a dozen choices for aftermarket PB unitsin the $200-250 range--but only if I had AT. The best choice left was from CPP, that included a really nice clutch master unit. Intallation was relatively easy, but we haven't road tested it just yet. I believe it was $518 shipped, and included dual cylinder and also a proportioning valve in case I find some discs someday. I made sure my original master cylinder would bolt on to it. I made a bracket from 1" by 3" rectangular steel, a 3" inch piece. I drilled the mounting holes I would need. The center hole for the brake rod had to be an inch and a half because of the rubber boot on the back of the booster. I asked a machine shop to do this. ( cost $100.00 in 1996) Live and learn. I rigged my brake rod with some threaded stock. It had to be made longer as I recall. It has worked great for 13 years and over 100,000 miles.

I guess it's a corvette MC unit. I'm not all that impressed with the unit itself (would have liked a larger bore), but the bracket it came with bolted right up to the frame with very little modification. Works pretty well, but since I have drums on all four wheels, I have a little too much pedal travel (soft). I'm going to try adding 10lb residual valves this week, and hopefully that will help with the soft pedals.
Also, I hooked my vacuum up to the intake manifold (where the wipers were connected and am currently only getting about 17lb - a little less than optimal, but it still works. You might check your vacuum pressure before you buy one. | | |
